We really want you to love your purchases from Whimzee Boutique, but we understand there may be times when you need to return an item such as a faulty product, or in the unlikely event you feel a product has been misrepresented.


Faulty products


We believe in the quality of our products, and take the time to personally inspect each item before it's offered for sale. If you receive a faulty product from us we're determined to put it right. 

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, items are considered faulty if they're not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. If you receive your item and find that it's faulty, contact us within seven (7) days to arrange its return at no cost to you and we'll exchange it or refund your money once we've received and had a look at it - please note that garments particularly must have no tags removed or evidence of wear.

We describe our products to the very best of our ability. For garments we will generally provide measurements but note that 'one size' means we cannot offer another size - so we kindly we ask that you check measurements and choose styles carefully, as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. Colours may vary from transposing images, so please choose carefully. Please also be aware that often we have just one item only.

Change of mind


We will not refund for changes of mind, for example in style, colour or size. We will, where possible exchange the item or give a store credit.

Sale items


We're unable to offer returns or credits on discounted 'on sale' items so we ask that you please choose carefully. We will of course provide you with a refund if the product is faulty (please see notes on this above).
