We really want you to love your purchases from Whimzee Boutique, but we understand there may be times when you need to return an item such as a faulty product, clothing or shoes that don't fit, or when you've simply changed your mind.
We believe in the quality of our products, and take the time to personally inspect each item before it's offered for sale. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product from us we're determined to put it right.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, items are considered faulty if they're not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. If you receive your item and find that it's faulty, contact us within 30 days to arrange its return at no cost to you and we'll exchange it or refund your money once we've received and had a look at it.

Bought the wrong size? No worries - we know it's a bit trickier buying clothing and shoes online. We'll happily exchange the item for another one of the same value. Just return the item as below with its original packaging and tags intact within 14 days of purchasing.
Clothing and shoes must be returned free of dirt, stains, marks, odours and rips. Any items received like this can't be accepted for return.
If posting the item back to us, please ensure you send the item inside a courier satchel or box - don't attach any courier labels to the original packaging. If the packaging's been marked or is in an unsatisfactory condition, we're not able to resell it so can't accept it for return.
You can return products to our store, either in person or by post, at 128 Chadwick Road, Greerton, Tauranga 3112. If posting items to us, we strongly recommend using a tracked service so you've got some recourse with the courier if it goes missing.
